Terms & Conditions
Last updated: 1 November 2026
Simple websites. Straightforward terms. By ordering a website or using our hosting service, you agree to the terms below, subject to your rights under Australian law.
1. What we offer
Our standard offer is a one-page website built using our streamlined layouts and process. It's designed to get small businesses online without the cost or complexity of a custom agency project.
We use information, images and branding supplied by you to put the website together. Custom design, complex functionality and additional pages aren't included unless separately agreed.
2. Pricing
- Website build: $99 one-time fee.
- Website hosting: $49 per month, billed on an ongoing basis.
Any applicable GST and additional charges will be made clear before you pay. Extra work is quoted separately.
3. What's included
- A mobile-friendly, one-page business website using our standard layout.
- Your supplied business details, services, images and contact information.
- Basic setup and publishing on our hosting service.
- Basic email support while hosting is active.
Domain registration, email inboxes, online stores, booking systems, custom branding and other advanced features are not included unless we agree otherwise in writing.
4. Monthly edits — two minor edits included
Your $49 monthly hosting fee includes up to two (2) minor website edits per billing month.
A minor edit means a small change such as replacing a photo, updating a phone number, changing a short section of text or updating a link.
Unused edits do not roll over to future months. New pages, redesigns, major content changes and additional edits are not included and may incur an extra fee, which we'll quote before starting.
5. Timelines and your content
We can only begin once we've received the information and materials we need from you. Any delivery timeframe we give you is an estimate and may change if content is missing or workloads increase. We'll let you know if there's a significant delay.
You're responsible for checking that the details you supply are accurate and that you have permission to use any logos, photos, text or other content.
6. Revisions
The initial build includes one reasonable round of minor revisions before launch. A revision means adjusting existing content, not rebuilding the website from scratch. Larger changes may be quoted separately.
7. Hosting and payments
Your website remains online only while your hosting subscription is active and payments are up to date.
If hosting payments cease, are overdue or your hosting service is cancelled, we may suspend hosting and take the website offline. Where practical, we'll give you notice and an opportunity to resolve an overdue payment before suspension.
Hosting covers keeping the website available on our service, subject to maintenance, outages and events outside our reasonable control. We don't guarantee uninterrupted availability.
8. Cancellation
You can request cancellation of your monthly hosting by contacting us in writing. Unless otherwise agreed, hosting will continue until the end of the paid billing period, then the website will be taken offline.
Fees already paid are generally not refundable for a change of mind, but nothing in these terms limits any refund or other remedy you're entitled to under Australian Consumer Law.
9. Ownership and website files
You retain ownership of the original content, logos and images you supply. Our existing layouts, templates, code and systems remain ours or those of their respective owners. Any transfer of the finished website or its files to another provider must be agreed separately in writing.
10. Liability and Australian Consumer Law
You're responsible for ensuring your website content complies with laws relevant to your business. We don't promise any particular search ranking, number of enquiries or business result.
Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts or modifies rights or guarantees that cannot lawfully be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. Any limitation of liability applies only to the extent permitted by law.
11. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. If a change materially affects an existing hosting arrangement, we'll provide reasonable notice where required.
